About

Serenity Project was inspired by a simple but powerful vision: to help people manage stress, regain balance, and thrive in the midst of life’s challenges. In today’s fast-paced world, stress can arise from work pressures, family responsibilities, relationship concerns, health challenges, or a combination of many factors.

Left unmanaged, stress affects mental and emotional well-being as well as physical health, focus, productivity, and relationships. We offer personalised counselling, stress management sessions, group workshops, and organisational well-being programmes that help people understand their stress patterns, build practical coping strategies, and strengthen resilience.

Our approach is holistic, modern, and evidence-based. We support individuals and teams to recognise root causes, build healthier responses, and move forward with calm, confidence, and perspective. Serenity Project is not just about managing stress, it is about creating a life where clarity, balance, and well-being are possible every day.

Myriam Siddham, counselling psychologist and stress management consultant

Myriam Siddham is a counselling psychologist and stress management consultant with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals and organisations across domains. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling, grounding her work in strong academic and professional training.

She has worked extensively with educational institutions, teachers, parents, children, healthcare professionals, and corporate teams. Her practice is person-centred and trauma-informed, drawing on REBT, CBT, and Gestalt approaches.

Her individual counselling sessions are designed to help clients work through their challenges safely and in confidence. She provides a non-judgemental, empathetic environment, helping people understand the deeper patterns that cause emotional distress and supporting lasting therapeutic change.

Helping people tap into their potential and guiding them as they evolve has always been at the heart of her work. She has led workshops on stress management, conscious parenting, academic stress, adolescent development, early childhood learning, and learning differences.

Having worked in various roles with diverse audiences across cultures, Myriam brings a deep understanding of different perspectives and a strong sensitivity to people’s values. She builds trust with care and respect while helping people create meaningful change.

Serenity Project evolved from her commitment to help people navigate life’s pressures and thrive with steadiness and clarity.
